Very effective pre-workout supplement. Taste is okay.
I Love this product which is why I keep ordering it. I like this flavor as well, tried other flavors and I did not prefer. I workout everyday and always use this as my pre-workout. I notice that I sweat more and I seem to keep focus while at the gym. I weight train as well as doing a half hour of cardio to get my muscles warm and my heart rate up. Great value for the price.
Been using this product for a few years now. Really gets me awake and alert at the gym and helps me get past those plateaus. No crash after, tingly feeling every now and then when i first take but never during my workouts. Would'nt leave home without it. Great product, decent deal!
Carnishred is my go to pre-workout. I get up at 3:30 am to hit the gym so I need all the help I can get. It has just the right amount of get up and go for me. I don't get the shakes or itchy but it pushes me. All the flavors taste great and mix well.
